Oggi, invece, vi proponiamo un post dedicato alle origini culinarie toscane, ai sapori e ai saperi di una volta. La Toscana \u00e8, infatti, una delle regioni italiane che, ancora oggi, a tavola valorizza e punta sulle radici povere delle ricette tradizionali: dalla panzanella ai pici, dalla pappa al pomodoro fino alla zuppa di pane. Ognuna di queste ricette racconta di un tempo di miseria e della maestria delle donne di trasformare pochi ma semplici ingredienti, provenienti esclusivamente dal territorio, in piatti saporiti e unici, come i pici o pinci.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>I pici fatti in casa<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Basta unire un po&#8217; di acqua con farina, olio extravergine e sale per ottenere una sfoglia grossa e dare vita a questi spaghettoni irregolari. A determinarne il successo \u00e8 la maestria di chi sa come lavorarli a mano, fino ad ottenere fili di pasta spessi e ruvidi da condire con sughi pi\u00f9 elaborati a base di carne di maiale o di anatra oppure con salse pi\u00f9 semplici a base di aglio e olio (pici all&#8217;aglione). La ricetta che proponiamo oggi, realizzata dai ragazzi dell\u2019Istituto alberghiero Leopoldo II di Lorena di Grosseto, esce fuori dagli schemi e mette insieme due piatti forti della tradizione italiana: <a href=\"https:\/\/test.pecorinotoscanodop.it\/ricetta\/pici-all-amatriciana\/\">i pici e l\u2019Amatriciana<\/a>. Una ricetta inusuale che vuole essere un omaggio alla storia culinaria e ai sapori di due tra le regioni pi\u00f9 belle e antiche dello stivale: il Lazio e la Toscana.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-entry_with_sidebar wp-image-3530\" src=\"https:\/\/test.pecorinotoscanodop.it\/fuoridalgregge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2018\/08\/pici-845x321.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"845\" height=\"321\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fedeli alle origini<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il picio \u00e8 un tipo di pasta che rappresenta la povert\u00e0 della popolazione che lo ha inventato, infatti non si tratta di nient\u2019altro che acqua, farina ed un filo di olio extra vergine di oliva, ovvero quei tre ingredienti che non mancavano mai nelle antiche case dei contadini toscani.
