Il signore invece, gradisce qualcosa?\u201d \u201cS\u00ec, vorrei due etti di polvere da zuppa\u201d.<br \/>\nEcco quali potrebbero essere le richieste al nostro pizzicagnolo in un prossimo futuro, almeno secondo una ricerca della catena di supermercati alimentari <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wholefoods.com\/\">Whole Foods Market<\/a><\/strong>, che ha analizzato i<strong> food trend 2018<\/strong> dall\u2019osservatorio della grande distribuzione a stelle e strisce.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Due passi tra i banconi del futuro<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Secondo la ricerca della catena di supermercati, ripresa anche dalla <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mark-up.it\/cosa-mangeremo-nel-2018-10-trend-secondo-whole-foods\/\"><strong>rivista Mark Up<\/strong><\/a>, una delle tendenze del futuro sar\u00e0 la ricerca di sapori floreali nei prodotti di largo consumo, dagli snack o alle bevande. Accanto a questo trend, va forte anche quello delle polveri da aggiungere nelle zuppe, nei t\u00e8, nei caff\u00e8, nei prodotti da forno o in altri preparati alimentari. Nella mappa dei cibi del futuro conquista terreno la cucina mediorientale, in tutta la sua originalit\u00e0. Secondo la ricerca di Whole Food, infatti, la trasparenza della filiera rimane un valore premiante e sempre pi\u00f9 ricercato. Se quella della trasparenza sull\u2019<strong>origine degli alimenti<\/strong> \u00e8 una tendenza ormai consolidata, emergono anche delle novit\u00e0 sul fronte vegano. Le nuove tecnologie, infatti, consentono di affinare e ampliare l\u2019offerta dei prodotti veg, che corre su un doppio binario: perdere qualcosa (l\u2019hamburger senza carne, il tonno senza pesce) mantenendo gusto e sapore.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tacos ovunque, tacos sempre. Benvenuti nell\u2019era del Taco<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tra le curiosit\u00e0 emerge la grande affermazione del <strong>Taco<\/strong> tra gli interessi dei consumatori. La tipica tortilla messicana sembra suscitare interesse sempre crescenti, occupando le tavole dalla colazione al dessert. La prima riguarda <strong>l\u2019attenzione,<\/strong> da parte dei consumatori al riciclo, ovvero all\u2019utilizzo di parti povere degli alimenti per realizzare ricette innovative. Si va dal recupero delle scorze di cocomero ai gambi di sedano o di broccolo, il tutto in un\u2019ottica di economia alimentare e di lotta allo spreco. La seconda tendenza riguarda le <strong>bevande,<\/strong> che si prediligono sempre con bollicine, ma meno gasate e meno zuccherate.
