Far raffreddare e mettere in un sac a poche mantenendolo a temperatura ambiente. Unire in una pentola aceto, acqua, zucchero, ginepro e alloro e far bollire 10 minuti a fiamma molto bassa, sbucciare le cipolle, tagliarle a anelli e cuocerle nel composto di aceto per 3 minuti per farle rimanere croccanti. Aprire il panino condirlo con Olio Extra Vergine Toscano Igp, fiocchi di crema di Pecorino Toscano Dop, Prosciutto Toscano Dop e finite con la cipolla in agro.
