Il nome \u00e8 dedicato alla citt\u00e0 natale di mia mamma, Bologna appunto, dove ho trascorso molte estati fin da piccolo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qual \u00e8 la filosofia alla base della tua cucina?<\/strong><br \/>\nCredo molto nell&#8217;uso di ingredienti eccellenti e di qualit\u00e0 e nel farli parlare da soli. Voglio che il mio cibo sia pieno di sentimento, senza complicazioni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Che approccio hanno gli americani alla cucina italiana?<\/strong><br \/>\nQuando le persone cenano a Rossoblu, voglio che provino la cucina tradizionale bolognese in un ambiente moderno di Los Angeles. Non penso che la maggior parte degli americani cerchi modernit\u00e0 o innovazione quando mangiano cibo italiano.
