temperature sono ancora un po\u2019 basse ma sono gli ultimi colpi di coda, non temete. Nel frattempo, per scaldare queste giornate che richiamano ancora l\u2019inverno, vi proponiamo, come ricetta del giorno, la cupola di polenta con fonduta di Pecorino Toscano DOP, fungh\u00ec e speck. Scopriamola insieme\u2026<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>La ricetta originale arriva dallo <strong>chef Lorenzo Pisini<\/strong>, dell\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/unioneregionalecuochitoscani.it\/\">Unione regionale cuochi toscani<\/a>, che utilizza polenta di Storo, fungh\u00ec silvani, gel di pino mugo e speck di oca. Noi vi proponiamo una <strong>versione un po\u2019 pi\u00f9 semplice<\/strong>, adatta per essere replicata in queste giornate, stando a casa e cimentandovi ai fornelli con nuove idee in cucina.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-entry_with_sidebar wp-image-5467\" src=\"https:\/\/test.pecorinotoscanodop.it\/fuoridalgregge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/04\/86213541_2832513176787132_2758647087515041792_n-845x321.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"845\" height=\"321\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ingredienti<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ecco cosa vi serve: 200 gr di polenta; 1 litro di acqua; 600 gr Pecorino Toscano DOP stagionato; 200 gr di panna fresca; funghi a piacimento, preferibilmente porcino o finferli; qualche fetta sottile di speck.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Procedimento<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Iniziate dalla <strong>polenta.<\/strong> Portate l\u2019acqua a ebollizione, salate e aggiungete la polenta mescolando energicamente e aiutandovi con una frusta. Dopo circa 35\/40 minuti, la polenta sar\u00e0 cotta e potete toglierla dal fuoco. Mettetela, se lo avete, in uno stampo a forma di cupola o con forma simile e ponete al centro un cubo di Pecorino Toscano DOP stagionato precedentemente tagliato che sar\u00e0 il cuore fondente del vostro piatto. Una volta pronto, mettete a riposare in frigo per alcune ore e iniziate a preparare la <strong>fonduta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-entry_with_sidebar wp-image-5022\" src=\"https:\/\/test.pecorinotoscanodop.it\/fuoridalgregge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/11\/PecorinoToscDOP16-845x321.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"845\" height=\"321\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Grattugiate il Pecorino Toscano DOP e aggiungete la panna fresca nel mixer fino a ottenere una crema soffice e delicata da far riposare un paio di ore. Nel frattempo, saltate i funghi in padella con un soffritto di aglio e timo, se ne avete, e a fine cottura mettete tutto su un foglio di carta assorbente per eliminare l\u2019olio in esubero.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Il vostro piatto \u00e8 pronto<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Disponete sul piatto uno strato di fonduta e ponete al centro la cupola di polenta con il cuore fondente di Pecorino Toscano DOP. Disponete sopra delle fettine sottilissime di speck e posizionate attorno i funghi. Se volete, potete decorare con germogli di porro e fiori eduli.
