I veri <strong>\u2018cheeselovers\u2019<\/strong> sono sempre a caccia di nuovi prodotti e sognano una vetrina fatta di tante piccole forme, per gustare ogni giorno un pezzo di Italia da scartare all\u2019occasione. Sarebbe bello portarsi a casa, oltre ai souvenir e alle foto \u2013 ricordo, i sapori delle nostre vacanze. Peccato che i ricordi gustosi non siano eterni e, molto spesso, rischiano di durare anche meno della loro naturale scadenza, se non sono ben conservati.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-entry_with_sidebar wp-image-5573\" src=\"https:\/\/test.pecorinotoscanodop.it\/fuoridalgregge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/05\/consigli-Pecorino-taglio-2-1030x687-845x321.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"845\" height=\"321\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Se si parla poi di formaggi in estate il rischio di \u2018rovinare\u2019 il prodotto \u00e8 ancora pi\u00f9 alto. Sapete, per esempio, a quale temperatura conservare il formaggio o come incartarlo una volta aperto? Ecco <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/test.pecorinotoscanodop.it\/consigli\/in-cucina\/\">tre semplici consigli<\/a> <\/strong>per mantenere intatto il gusto dei vostri formaggi una volta tagliati.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Attenzione alla temperatura<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il formaggio andrebbe conservato per mantenere intatto il suo sapore in un luogo fresco e asciutto, avvolto da un panno di cotone umido. \u00a0In <strong>estate<\/strong> \u00e8 preferibile riporlo nella <strong>parte pi\u00f9 bassa del frigorifero, quella meno fredda<\/strong>, a una temperatura che oscilla<strong> fra 10 e 15 gradi<\/strong>. E\u2019 necessario fare attenzione ai frequenti sbalzi di temperatura per non rischiare di favorire la formazione di microrganismi patogeni, potenzialmente pericolosi.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-entry_with_sidebar wp-image-5571\" src=\"https:\/\/test.pecorinotoscanodop.it\/fuoridalgregge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/05\/5-845x321.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"845\" height=\"321\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Proteggere in maniera naturale la forma dopo averla tagliata<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Una volta tagliata una forma di formaggio \u00e8 necessario continuare a farla traspirare. E\u2019 fondamentale quindi evitare un errore comune: avvolgere il formaggio nella pellicola trasparente. Per conservare intatti gusto e sapore, <strong>avvolgete la vostra forma con\u00a0 una carta oleata per alimenti<\/strong> (nel caso di formaggi stagionati a pasta semidura) <strong>oppure con l\u2019alluminio<\/strong> (o carta stagnola). Per i <strong>formaggi freschi<\/strong> a pasta molle, invece, \u00e8 pi\u00f9 indicata la <strong>carta forno oppure<\/strong> la conservazione in <strong>un contenitore ermetico<\/strong>. Le mozzarelle, infine, devono restare nel loro liquido e vanno consumate in tempi brevi.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La posizione nel frigo fa la differenza<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per i <strong>formaggi freschi<\/strong> sempre meglio la<strong> zona pi\u00f9 fredda<\/strong>, per quelli <strong>stagionati<\/strong> quella <strong>meno fredda<\/strong>. Per tutti gli altri, va bene anche lo scomparto.
