Lo zabaione, in questo caso, \u00e8 reso sapido da una generosa grattugiata di <strong>Pecorino Toscano DOP stagionato<\/strong>. Il piatto che vi presentiamo oggi, infatti, \u00e8 una pastasciutta allo zabaione salato al Pecorino Toscano Dop e guanciale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La sapidit\u00e0 delicata del Pecorino Toscano DOP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si pu\u00f2 subito aprire una parentesi dedicata proprio alla sapidit\u00e0 del nostro condimento. Una sapidit\u00e0 equilibrata, non invasiva, ma nello stesso tempo decisa e che d\u00e0 carattere all\u2019intera ricetta. \u00c8 il nostro Pecorino Toscano DOP stagionato a dare queste caratteristiche, facendo il suo dovere e presentandosi nella versione, meno consueta, di formaggio grattugiato, pronto ad amalgamarsi e a dare sapore e gusto allo zabaione.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-entry_with_sidebar wp-image-5781\" src=\"https:\/\/test.pecorinotoscanodop.it\/fuoridalgregge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2020\/08\/Pasta-zabaione-di-pecorino-845x321.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"845\" height=\"321\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Il segreto sta nella semplicit\u00e0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Altra caratteristica della ricetta \u00e8 la sua semplicit\u00e0 data da ingredienti di uso comune e dal grande valore nutritivo. Ci sono i tuorli di uovo, c\u2019\u00e8 il vino bianco secco, il burro, il nostro pecorino. E poi c\u2019\u00e8 la pastasciutta, araldo della tradizione culinaria italica. La preparazione, come potete vedere \u00e8 in linea con la semplicit\u00e0 degli ingredienti e non servono tutor o chef stellati a darci manforte tra i fornelli. Bastano i consigli, chiari e preziosi, del nostro Gianluca De Carli di<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cattivicuochi.it\/\">Cattivi Cuochi<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il procedimento <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mettete una ciotola d\u2019acciaio su di un pentolino per cuocere a bagnomaria, avendo cura che la ciotola non abbia diretto contatto con l\u2019acqua ma che riceva solo il calore del vapore<\/p>\n<p>Mettete tutti gli ingredienti (tuorli, Pecorino Toscano DOP, vino bianco secco, burro) nella ciotola e mescolate con una frusta da pasticcere delicatamente ma in continuazione, ci vorranno circa 5 minuti e il composto inizier\u00e0 delicatamente ad addensarsi e diventare cremoso.
