Artusi<\/a> \u00e8 stato ricordato a livello nazionale dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico con un <strong>francobollo commemorativo<\/strong>, dalla sua citt\u00e0 natale, Forlimpopoli, e da Firenze, dove \u00e8 morto nel 1911, con <strong>eventi e pubblicazioni<\/strong>. Nel 1851, dopo una violenta rapina ai danni della sua famiglia, e in particolare della sorella, si trasfer\u00ec a Firenze, citt\u00e0 che aveva gi\u00e0 conosciuto durante i suoi viaggi per mercati e negozi con il padre Agostino, dove si dedic\u00f2 alla letteratura, alle scienze e alla cucina.
