Suggest your recipe!

Do you love cooking? Would you like to become a “Pecorino Toscano PDO ambassador” not only in Italy but all over the world? Write down your best recipe and send it to us! After we’ve tasted your dish, we’ll add it to our online cookbook so that it can be shared and tested by the entire Pecorino Toscano PDO community.

To participate, all you have to do is:

  1. Download the  recipe template
  2. Fill out every part of the recipe card
  3. Upload an image of your recipe (size:  1440×960 px )
  4. Upload an image of yourself (size:  800×800 px )
  5. Attach all the documents necessary in the form below and click on SEND!

The best recipes will be posted on the Consortium’s social networks, and you’ll receive a certificate from the “Pecorino Toscano PDO” ambassador”.

Don’t forget that the the recipes and photos sent must be non-copied originals, which are in accordance with copyright laws.

  • Name you’d like to have appear on your online recipe
  • Max. file size: 34 MB.
