The San Martino farm is in the heart of Tuscany, in an area rich in history and ancient tradition. It produces cheeses made with milk from free-range massese sheep from various areas in the lands of Siena, Val di Cornia and Maremma. The company is notable for its use of geothermal energy in all stages of the production process. The machinery is powered by steam which emerges naturally from the subsoil with a considerable benefit for the environment and without the emission of CO2 into the atmosphere.
