The Tuscan dairy tradition is renewed in Stribugliano. While the cooperative is young, it possesses deep-seated roots; it is composed of the dairy’s long-time employees and people who love this land. Well aware of the fact that it is necessary to enhance the entire local supply chain to obtain high-quality products, only milk produced in Amiata and Maremma is processed here. This extraordinary territory gives our products an unmistakable character; suspended as it is between the mountains and sea, among volcanic and limestone rocks and the dizzying biodiversity of the region’s plant life. Our philosophy is an obsession with quality, for genuine country products.
